This work was created as an employee of the City of Kitchener.

Our fire department was looking for a way to improve recruitment and wanted to raise awareness that
trade skills are valuable to a fire fighter. I shot this at fire headquarters then designed the
posters to indicate that our fire fighters had skills they brought to the table and that they wanted
applicants who could bring additional skills to the job.
